The Magic Hour

This is what I love about Fall.  That one golden hour in the evenings, when the sun slants his rays across our world, and everything looks magical.
The reds and oranges of the leaves are intensified by the golden light, and even our baseball diamond becomes a place of wonder.
When I think about Fall throughout the year, evenings like this are the ones that come to mind.  Everything bathed in that perfect light, the air is just cool enough for a jacket and a hat, and life is just...magic.
I'm storing up these moments in my mind (and my camera), and just feeling really and truly grateful for all the blessings God has given to us.

May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine upon us - Psalm 67:1
